How do I get a quote?
Use the Get a Quote button on the home page or the Residential page. The form asks for your address, home size, and cleaning type. We will confirm the price and available time slots within one business day. There is no obligation until you confirm the booking.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For regular recurring cleans, we recommend booking at least one week ahead so we can fit you into a consistent slot. For one-time cleans, we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice, but it depends on availability. Use the booking form and we will tell you what we have open.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will confirm our current cancellation policy when you book.
Do you offer same-day or next-day booking?
Occasionally, depending on the schedule. The fastest way to check is to fill in the booking form. If we have an opening, we will let you know.
How is the price calculated?
Pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home, the type of clean (standard, deep, or move-in/move-out), and how often you book. Recurring clients receive a frequency discount. The full price is confirmed before your first appointment. Nothing changes on the day without your approval.
Do I need to pay before the clean?
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This is collected via a secure Stripe payment link sent to you by email once we review and approve the booking. The remaining balance is due on completion and is invoiced the same day the clean is finished.
Is GST included in the quoted price?
Yes. All prices shown on the site and in the calculator are in Canadian dollars and include GST. The price you see is the price you pay. Nothing is added at invoice.
Do you charge extra for supplies and equipment?
No. Our team brings everything needed for the clean. The quoted price covers supplies and equipment. You do not need to provide anything.
What does a standard clean include?
A standard clean covers all main living areas, kitchen surfaces and appliances (outside only), bathrooms, vacuuming, and floor mopping. We follow a room-by-room checklist on every visit. If you want to know what is on the checklist, ask us and we will send it to you.
What is a deep clean and when do I need one?
A deep clean goes further than a standard clean. It includes inside appliances (oven, fridge), window ledges, baseboards, light switches, inside cabinets, and areas that a standard clean does not cover. Most clients book a deep clean for the first visit or after a long gap between cleans. After that, regular standard cleans maintain the level.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
You do not need to be home. Many of our regular clients provide a key or building access code. We treat your home the same whether you are there or not. If you prefer to be present for the first clean, that is completely fine.
Who will be cleaning my home?
A member of our core team. We rarely subcontract to third-party agencies or platforms. Everyone who works in your home has been screened, assessed, and trained. We keep the team small on purpose.
Are you insured?
Yes. Corinthia Cleaning Solutions carries general liability insurance. If you need proof of insurance for any reason, contact us, and we will provide it.
