Before you start.
The quote reflects exactly what you tell us. If your home turns out different from your answers, we confirm any change with you before the clean. Nothing is added on the day without your approval.
No. The quote is free and there is no obligation until you confirm a booking.
A 25% deposit confirms your booking, sent as a secure payment link once we have reviewed and approved your request. The balance is due the day your clean is finished.
No. Many clients provide a key or building access code. If you prefer to be there for the first clean, that is fine too.
